They are very reliable, and easy to set-up and use. We (City of Knoxville) have already purchased 4 of these over the last couple of years. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good basic teleconference tool.
This is especially true regarding background noise and people talking at once. The audibility is much better than our last RCA conference phone. For the price, we are quite happy with this product.
Unit is now a slightly odd-looking paperweight. Multi-line phone system will not allow this unit to function at all. Ordered and received product after first speaking with techhical representative from manufacturer, who assured me it would be compatible with my small office phone system. Then ordered and received unit, which has essentially zero instructions, except for tiny pictures imprinted on various pieces. Calls to another technical representative at manufacturer were of no help.
Very good sound quality and sensitivity. Easy to set up. A fine value.
Easy to use. Excellent sound. Only limitation is we cannot use it with in-house phone system.
